Terms of use

PingDX is a community tool for radio operators (11 m / CB, PMR446): logbook, DX cluster, messaging, clubs, eQSL. Some features require an account. The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of continuous availability.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for the activity on your account. One account per person. The publisher may suspend an account in case of breach.

You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory or hateful content or content infringing third-party rights, not to impersonate a callsign or identity, and not to disrupt the service (mass scraping, bypassing limits, security attacks).

You keep ownership of the content you post (messages, club posts, images, QSOs). You grant PingDX the non-exclusive licence needed to host and display it within the service. You are solely responsible for your content.

The publisher may remove manifestly unlawful content or content breaching these terms and, where appropriate, suspend the account concerned.

PingDX is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or the use made of indicative information (propagation data, distances, cluster).

You may delete your account at any time. The publisher may terminate an account that breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts, after seeking an amicable solution.
